We seek: To trade our beautiful and spacious one-bedroom Brooklyn New York apartment for a large bright Berlin apartment with high-speed internet access in Kreutzberg, Prenzlauerberg, Charlottenburg or Neukoln. Deference to any offer that includes an art studio space.

Our Brooklyn apartment is also available in other months for rent, as it is not our only residence.
